Policy Innovation
The Energy and Climate Caucus provides its members with resources for policy design and development that result in better problem solving of complex issues.
The caucus has a Partnership Program that helps inform policymaking and spurs policy innovation. Through the partnership program, the Caucus receives valuable insight from professionals and subject matter experts in specific fields. The information and data provided by the partners is compiled in a policy clearinghouse used to develop a menu of policy solutions. Our partners fall into one of the three categories below.

This program effectively enables its members to identify and take advantage of “windows of opportunity” – spaces where a public mandate, political alignment and broader public interest intersect for effective change to happen.
